With over 19 years of experience in the advertising market, he has directed animation projects using AR, VR, XR, and AI. He served as the Head of Creation and Innovation at Rock in Rio for 4 years, has been featured 26 times on the Behance platform, and graced the cover of Digital Artist UK magazine. In his portfolio, he has works exhibited in art galleries in London and animation festivals in Portugal and Italy, in addition to awards such as Cannes, Lumière Awards, and Clio.
Advertising professional with a focus on Neuroscience and Positive Psychology, Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the field of Social Communication. She holds a Master's degree in Neuromarketing from Florida Christian University and has worked with educational groups and teacher training. As a Scrum Master certified by K21, she specializes in managing and coordinating the production of multimedia educational content, also serving as an executive producer for the country's leading publishers.
A natural storyteller, Rodrigo is the founder of Echoa, the land of Creators. As a screenwriter and script consultant, he was a partner of Robert McKee, the Hollywood guru who taught Pixar how to write stories. In addition to being a professor of Storytelling and Gamification at PUC-RS, Rodrigo is also a member of the On Deck Fellowship, a Silicon Valley accelerator, and an Advisory Partner at The Plot Company and Master Talks. With experience in consulting and auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and in finance at Swiss Re, Rodrigo now dedicates himself to enabling creators to make a living from their own art.
Composer and sound designer, Guto Teixeira is also passionate about psychology, meditation, and neuroscience. Currently, his greatest passion is combining immersive sound with meditative journeys, storytelling, and music using immersive audio. Guto Teixeira is currently the only Latin American composer and sound designer for the Ammersive UK platform, the world's first fully immersive audio application.
A communication professional with extensive experience in project management and social responsibility, Valéria Moro has over 10 years of experience at the Grupo Boticário Institute and the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) department of Grupo Boticário. She has led cultural and social projects, working with external and internal partners, government bodies, and budget management. Valéria has managed sensory and interactive exhibitions such as "The World of Perfume" and "Nature Station Connection," impacting millions of people throughout Brazil.
Combining communication with technology, since 2018 Vinícius Rutes has had diverse experiences in the field of communication, both in production and project management, from being an Analyst at marketing agencies to working as the Head of Social Media and Community at Cointimes. He holds a degree in Portuguese Literature from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and has also ventured into research and creation, having developed interactive content such as "e-Imigrações," a finalist work at HQ Mix in 2021.
A journalist and artist by training, with 17 years of experience in the advertising industry. She has worked in communication consultancy and for over 10 years as a production coordinator and account executive for major events and various editions of festivals such as Rock in Rio, Game XP, the 2016 Olympics, World Youth Day Brazil, and others in the entertainment universe. A natural-born PR professional, she currently collaborates on projects with leading brands in the market.
Has been working with 3D since 2008, with experience in realistic or stylized Look Development and Props & Environment Modeling. Has worked for FORD, BRAHMA, MCDONALD'S, STARBUCKS from New York, among others. Also worked at Rock in Rio for 4 years, specializing in software such as 3Ds Max, Maya, and Unreal Engine.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Kauê Luz is a renowned advertising professional, university professor, and master in Hybrid Images. As the Director of Grupo Luz, he is an expert in visual imagery and post-production, recognized by major agencies and printing companies in Brazil for his work on advertising campaigns for brands such as Ceratti, Lupo, Magazine Luiza, Motorola, and many others. With multiple awards in Brazil and the United States, Kauê has been a speaker at the Photoshop Conference for 15 years and has taught courses and mentored students across the country and in Japan.
An animator and modeler, he started in the advertising industry in 2004 and currently focuses on animation for VFX, Cinematics/Games. He has worked on projects for the Rio 2016 Olympics, the Government of Minas Gerais, Hume, Nike, Netflix, Fiat, Virtual Mate, Itaú, among others.
With over 30 years of experience in the advertising industry, Leonardo Luz is a renowned photographer and director of Grupo Luz, nationally recognized among major agencies and industries across different sectors. In addition to contributing to specialized magazines, he has completed 5 photography courses with Grupo PhotoPro and has taught classes and provided consultations throughout Brazil, including Japan. Alongside his son Kauê Luz, he is known as the "Image Duo" for their interactive presentations at the Photoshop Conference. With various exhibitions around the world, he is also a member of NAPP and the winner of the Guru Award in the United States in 2011.
A digital artist with a focus on Matte Painting, he adds the digital touch to 2D and 3D productions. As an instructor of Photoshop and Image Manipulation for over 6 years, he has taught over 14,000 students from 8 different countries. He has been a speaker at the Photoshop Conference, the largest Photoshop event in Latin America, for three consecutive times. He has worked with brands such as Rock in Rio, Netflix, Volvo, Volkswagen, Iveco, and Motorola.
A communications professional and educator, Minas is a co-founder of the edtech company How Education and a partner at the advertising agency Agosto Multimídia. He is a university professor teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in subjects such as Transmedia and Storytelling, as well as entrepreneurship and business model development for startups. Minas holds a degree in Public Relations from PUC-PR, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from FAE-PR, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Positivo.
